At LVibra, we want you to love your gear as much as you love what it does for you. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products upon arrival

The fine print:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Contact us at LVibraForever@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
